website has been designed to help you learn and review various basic concepts
about maps and globes. Click on a section to learn about that concept. After
each section is a short review quiz of the ideas covered. Try the quizzes to
see if you have mastered the ideas. For example, the Flash movie
above spells out the words Maps and Globes with images of the continents appearing
as well.
For those that use
screen readers, there are animated letters and or images at the top of each
content page spelling out the title of the page. The link on the first letter
goes to the beginning of the page content. The link on the second letter goes
to the menu table at the bottom of the page.
