website. This site contains information, quizzes and links on various topics
in physics. Why is is important to study physics?
In a very real sense,
physics is the most basic of sciences and its principles affect our daily
lives. It includes such areas as light, sound, the atom, mechanics, magnetism,
etc.. Thus is is important to study this branch of science.
The quizzes on this
site use JavaScript and have sounds attached, so make sure both are working
on your computer in order to get the most out of the site.
At the bottom of
each page is a table of page links to the various sections on the site.
For those that use
screen readers, there are animated letters at the top of each content page
spelling out the title of the page. The link on the first letter goes to the
beginning of the page content. The link on the second letter goes to the menu
table at the bottom of the page.
