Beef Seasoning Tips

Seasoning is an important part of delicious food processing, especially beef. The following tips are useful for you:

+ Pour into the pot a little white wine with one teaspoon of white wine/ 1 kilogram of beef and then keep stewing for about 10-15 minutes, the piece of meat will be soft immediately.

+ In case of very hard beef, before stewing, you should apply over the beef a layer of mustard and keep it for 5-6 hours, then rinse under the water and you can cook it now.

– There is a quite important thing in marinating the beef that should keep in mind: Don’t salt in beef before cooking because the salt can make the outflow of beef water and longer time for cooking. Use the salt just nearly completion of stir-frying would be better.

– For fresh and qualified beef, you only marinate with a little seasoning salt, soy sauce or garlic and pepper. In order to get soft beef stir-frying, you should add 2-3 teaspoons of cooking oil during seasoning and leave for 20-30 minutes (depending the amount of beef that you can increase or decrease quantity of oil). –       1 kilogram of beef (with fat will taste better)

–       1 apple, 1 pear, 1 onion, 5 cloves of garlic

–       160 ml soy sauce, 30 ml sesame oil

–       40gram-60 gram sugar (depending on your taste)

–       Roasted sesame

Step 1: Cut the beef into the wide slices with 2mm thickness.

Step 2: Crush apple, pear and onion, garlic

Step 3: Then marinate them on beef slices.

Step 4: Pour soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar in the beef, and then mix well; keep them for one night in refrigerator.

After finishing all above steps, the beef is ready to grill.
