"The Holy Grail" is part of Alfred Lord Tennyson's "Idylls of the King" which was published in 1869. It is a part of the Arthurian literary canon and tells the story of the Quest by members of King Arthur's Round Table knights to find the Holy Grail, the sacred chalice used by Jesus Christ at the Last Supper.
